Our Catering Team Members support in the production of all flight catering food production.
Responsibilities specific to Production / Assembly area:
- Food production such as peeling, chopping, slicing of food items in accordance with specifications
- Sandwich and other meal assembly in accordance with airline customer specifications
- Assemble meal “trays” based on various airline specifications
- Food or food supplies packing
- Other reasonable duties as requested by management
- Assemble and organize cutlery & food packs based on airline specifications
- Organize various food equipment such as glassware, plates, trays and cutlery into airline catering trolleys
- Check and polish glassware to ensure clean and
- Sort, organize and place equipment on racks, shelves or bins in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Other reasonable duties as requested by management
- Manually load various items into airline trolleys in accordance with various airline specifications
- Conduct checks and inventory count of items in the bonded stores and inbound flight trolleys
- Handle high value items such as alcohol and other duty free items for inflight retail
- Other reasonable duties as requested by management
- Remove all incoming food and catering equipment from trolley
- Remove remaining food and separate food waste products into the specifics bins
- Stack catering equipment into the dishwasher
- Empty catering equipment from dishwasher insuring it is clean, dry, organize and stack as per each airline’s requirements
- Assist in the daily cleaning of the dishwasher and dishwasher area
- Clean empty airline trolleys to ensure they are ready for use on the next flight
- Other reasonable duties as requested by management
- commute to and from work location and arrive on time

- must be available to work holidays/weekends -Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- must be able to work on a shift basis in a 24 hour operation
- must be able to work in COLD environment, ranging from below 0 degrees (i.e. inside freezers) to 10+ degrees Celsius
- must be able to lift or carry objects and perform repetitive motions
- must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies
